Good day<br> <br> I would just like to express my deepest gratitude and to recommend this wonderful lady who assisted me with my emergency clearance of funds from my 32 day notice investment account, not only was she friendly and very knowledgeable of her work, she actually went over and above assisting me with that, she also helped me synchronize my pin for my new card and ended up selling me a funeral cover, i think i must have been at her desk for about 30 minutes and through this all she was soo patient with me, Susan Magaela is indeed an asset to the FNB brand and deserves recognition for her great work in representing the brand.
