Good day I received a warm and out of this world service from Nomshado Thwala from Mall of Africa Branch. She went out of her way to make my life easier. I lost all my belongings and I couldn't do cellphone banking and the courier company was struggling to ger hold of me. I couldn't send money to people because I couldn't access my OTP code. She changed my number and spoke to the courier company to bring my card. She also suggested I open a easy Acc. Which will make me access my money in the meantime I'm waiting for my check card. She's a super star. I appreciate all her efforts and for simplying banking for me.
