Best service from Home Affairs Officals at FNB The Grove Mall

On 2 June 2026, I received the best services from all 3 Home Affairs Officials that were on duty at the FNB The Grove Mall. I only remember the name Olebogeng, the other 2 ladies I forgot to ask their names. I went to do a passport for my daughter and wow!

Despite the technical glitches that they system experienced, these 3 individuals made sure that I get the sssistance I needed before I left. They espose good customer service. They must go teach their colleagues at Home Affairs Branches how service delivery looks like.
