Best service - FNB key west

I visited the FNB branch at KEY West Krugersdorp today to try and close a check account that was under debt review. Dineo was so kind and helpful, even though she could not resolve the problem, she went out of her way to assist and promised to have the problem resolved by Monday. Well done Dineo, you just won over a very unhappy customer and convinced me to stay with FNB! Dineo.... You are awesome!
