I would like to commend Sabelo Sithole at FNB Clearwater Mall for the excellent service he rendered to my mom and I on the 27th August 2019. We were unable to order foreign currency (Renminbi) online on the 26th August and a friend of mine opted to call the branch on my behalf. He was so patient and explained the process and without any confirmation he took it upon himself to order the foreign notes. On arriving at the branch the next day he had the notes ready for us, however FNB's system was down and this caused a delay. He called the Forex Helpdesk, they too were experiencing the same issues. He promised to give us a call the minute the system was up and running, and true to his word, he did just that. Sabelo we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a customer orientated consultant, who knows the meaning of customer service. We salute you.
