Best service ever?????

I want to take this opportunity and thank the gentleman called Vinchanzo Wilson from home loans department, he truly know the meaning of client servicing, I transferred money to my bond by a mistake it took them 5 days to assist me , however after trying all ,I was not assisted I was transferred from one department to the other. Today I received a call from the mentioned gentleman, he resolved my problem in 10 minutes , once again thank you FNB for having employees like him . He really understand his work, he went out of the way to assist.
