I'm so impress and happy with the service i've received from FNB CROSSING BRANCH by the consultant PAULINE MODIBE on the 25/11/2022 it was the first time she help me as usually been helped by STEVE.It was my BabeGirl birthday was stressed but come out of the branch being happy.DETAILED- 1:Greeting with smile and welcoming tone{90% Facial expression and 10% is communication} 2:Know how to differentiate time for business and pleasure 3:She explain everything about the products and give alternative NB!!In conclusion not taking anything away from other consultant,tellers,floorwalkers,cleaners,guards and managers since the branch opened.I hope and wish my appreciation can reach the consultant and i'm not the only one receive this kind of service from the branch like home
