on saturday i went to the branch in FNB westgate mall to collect my two fnb cards and there were long queue's and it was frustrating and when it was my turn to serve by Lillian ,she made me forget that i stand for 45 minutes in a queue with her professional and friendly service that she gave me...keep it up
