I am at fnb Rosslyn Branch assisted by Randy Kganyago to open an account. I am very pleased with his service of which he took me through by explaining all the content of my account and what I loved the most He told me that He is working under supervision as he is still new he is assisted by Her supervisor Tsholofelo Masilo. They both had a great smile with so much energy. They even took me through the banking app of I was so scared to use for years. Thank you Fnb for having such jolly people in your Branch. They deserve a box of chocolate. Im Thankful to have chosen this branch to open my account as a senior citizen.
