<p>I recently needed to fix my online banking and open a savings account. I received great service. Something you rarely experience. I was helped by a consultant named Phumlani Vumazonke. His shift was over yet he insisted that he help me with my query and did so with a smile even though the bank closed at least 15 minutes before. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am am very happy with switching to fnb. </p>
