Best Private Banker ever.

This review is a reflection of an individual rather that FNB themselves. It has been ages since I have dealt with a private banker that made me feel like I am actually getting the personalised private banking service as one expects it to be. In the past it felt like the only difference of being a private banking customer, was that I had a dedicated switchboard operator that would tell me who to call or email, rather than taking ownership of my query. Lesego Radise is an absolute star private banker that is always willing to go the extra mile to get my queries resolved and does not just click forward and then forget I existed. She truely deserves being recognised and for me, her professionalism and high quality service should serve as the benchmark of what one expects of a private banker. Thanks Lesego. I really hope FNB can get to the point where all their private bankers take as much pride in their work as Lesego does, this will truely make FNB private customers feel like they get what they pay for.
