I was at fnb Rosslyn Branch to open an account. When I came in was welcomed by a lady on the desk. Tsholofelo Masilo whom she introduced her self as the Supervisor of the person who was assisting me. I am pleased to say the lady welcomed me in an appropriate manner and made me feel at home. Her smile brightened my day in such a way that i hoped that all people can be like her because if someone welcomes you with a smile in their home, you definitely knows that your stay will be worthwhile. Thank you fnb Rosslyn to have such a lady who is welcoming,energetic and have that enthusiasm to help customers.She is the best.
