Best ever Service

A while ago, I was experiencing problems accessing my Paypal account through FNB. This was a problem as I was receiving donations to assist people on my FB help group. I went into the Parys FNB branch and was met at the door by a very helpful young lady. She couldn't assist but asked me to wait a few minutes as she would ask her manager to assist. While waiting, she kept me informed of the managers whereabouts and expected waiting time. Within minutes, the bank manager, George came to see me. I explained my issue and was taken into a private office where George assisted me personally and even let me use a FNB laptop. The problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. George truly went the extra mile. Thank you George, I'm sorry I don't know your surname, but thank you so, so much. This was by far the best experience I've ever had in any company
