Best digital bank my foot!!

The worse ever bank service I've received.

I reported ********** activities on my credit card and asked that the should be no funds going out from the account. I was told that the card is closed and no funds will be going. A week later funds were deducted from my card, called again and I was assured that the card is closed. Till to date I still see fund going from my credit card. I thought you were the best digital bank, will be taking my business elsewhere.
