Best digital bank... in theory
So FNB charges a R50 eWallet reversal fee, which leads me to wonder how they continue to claim they’re the best digital bank... when
1) they don’t make an in-app option available and, 2) R50 seems highly unreasonable considering you’re already more R10 to make the initial transaction. I don’t know how they are spending our banking fees but it’s clearly not o deliver an efficient and intuitive service
