Best customer service
I visited FNB the other day. The service I got there from a gentleman called Jacques Malherbe was incredible. He did'nt give me an attitude as most service people would do when all seemed to be not working on my side, he was just cool and collected and his mission was just to assist me and made sure all is okay. I was in awe! Thank you FNB for employees like Jacques.
