I am taking this time to write this compliment, I always dreaded to visit our FNB branches, the last time I went to a branch was the day I opened my bank account and had to collect my bank card, Tsheliso Makase changed my view of branches with the level of sincerity he has when dealing with customers, he took his time to explain everything a person needed to know, he needs to be recognized for his dedication and passion he has as an employee of FNB, this attitude will determine his altitude, he is going places, I am comfortable to visit the FNB Eldorado Park branch at any given time going forward In other words – “Give that man a bells”
