Best customer service

I went to FNB at the Pavillion there was this lady, chubby, with short hair I think.. She is the one that is by the entrance.. I really recieved the best customer service from her, she was nice and friendly which is unlikely to experience at a bank but she helped me with change and gave me all the information i needed it was not just the information but it was the manner in which she did it.. I will go and check out her name so that I can mention her name here.. I dont even bank with FNB but my experience was great..
