Best customer service

It was the best service that I have ever had since I banked with FNB ,Gugu Dlomo from FNB Bank City. I was sceptical to go any FNB after I went to the sandton city branch to open an account for my daughter where I was told that I can't do so the father has to do even though my name was the birth certificate. It was only when I went to old mutual to do a savings for her and the lady to me to open a card for my daughter at the bank that I bank with ,told her my sad story and experience I had at FNB sandton city ,she told me to go to another branch and try ,that's when I went to bank city and Gugu assisted me with no hassle as I was scared that she might turn me down,but to my surprise she helped open a bank card for my daughter and I will be definitely going back to her to assist me a tax free investment for my daughter.I really appreciate her service and she deserves 10 stars not 5.From.now on I will be visiting FNB Bank city when I need help with anything.
