Best customer service.
Had problems with unauthorized Debit orders on my cheque account, reported the matter after it has been ongoing for over a year now and FNB has finally cleared the matter, also closed the account.
This was done efficiently and with ease, I am grateful for this. I will finally be able to pay up my loan and keep my savings account.
Still feel FNB is the best bank.
