Best customer experience

I had a pleasant experience at FNB The Boulders Branch in Midrand, were I was assisted by a gentleman named Patrick. The main branch I used was Birch Acres mall since it's only 5 minutes away but I now use the Boulders Branch because of his customer service. It is a 15 minutes drive but would rather drive there so I get the best customer experience. He is patient, calm, friendly, most consultants don't want to help with business enterprise as it's complicated, but he handled it like a professional, ran us down the process from beginning to end, we ended up opening personal accounts because of him. I will recommend the institution to people around me, I am so excited for more business and interactions with FNB and Patrick.
