I was in the FNB branch in sandton to get my confirmation letter where by the was a guy who I think he was from lunch with a name badge placed inside out who gave an attitude that I won’t get help coz I hv the FNB app I forced him to give a ticket number which was 95

In 9 minutes as per the ticket 🎫 I was called to counter 11 where I was assisted by a wonderful lady who knew why she c as me to work by the name of Thobja Lepuru 10 stars ⭐️ for u my dear she even assisted with my funeral Ralf’s cover which I got a higher pay out with a less monthly payment thank you so much FNB needs more ppl like you to serve us thank you for your assistance 🤗 you made it easy for me when everyone just thought it’s impossible please pass the massage to her team leader too as she was really helpful when Lepuru needed her assistance Lepuru also suggested that I should reopen my FNB business account as I want to restart my business 🙏I will be back for the account and I want her specifically to help me Regards Kwena
