Best Business Bank for what?!!

I have been trying to fininalise my business account with FNB for the past 2 weeks and I have not been getting any help. I decided to call them again today, for the 6th time and I am still sent to through to the business department, the number never goes through. I cannot even locate my username...How can FNB be the "Best Business Bank"? This is getting ridiculous.
