Best bond application experience ever!

I have had the best experience with Daphne Leboa from the Home Loans department in assisting me with switching my bond from ABSA to FNB. She responded very quickly to any queries I had, and it felt as though she made it her personal mission to get as much of the additional bond amount I requested.

I am also equally impressed with the Valuator that FNB assigned to us. We had a terrible experience with the Valuators appointed by ABSA who completely undervalued our property despite us appealing it. FNBs valuator had a much better background in small holding and farm properties and went the extra mile to find recent sales to use as comparative properties to value ours against.
