Best Banking service ever

Hi Everyone I ran into FNB Hartbee****rt @ 15h57, thinking, firstly the doors will be closed and the staff will chase me away or rush me so that they can go home. I was welcomed by the reginal as well as the branch manager whom listened to me very patiently explaining my situation. She then took me to the consultant by the name of Poppy Molelekwa, whom sat with me until 18h00 to help and sort each and everything out. She was patient and kind and I wanted to cry of relief as I had such a bad experience at ABSA Hartbee****rt. She even followed up the next day, called me and asked if every is now in order and to ask if she could help me with anything else! I just want to say, Poppy Molelekwa, you are the angel which I prayed for and may you be blessed for all the good work you are doing. I know that behind any good employee is and Manager and a team that supports your efforts. Thank you FNB Hartbee****rt you have earned my respect....
