Best banking brand in the world with the worst customer service on the planet!

I have this morning emailed the Regional Manager - KZN FNB Private Wealth and FNB National Head of Client Experience. The emails addresses have been verified and the mails delivered. Both have been aware of my complaint for a week and not one of them - although having been cc'd on all emails to Private Wealth Suite - has bothered to intervene or even acknowledged - on any of over 15 emails. How is that customer care?
