<p>Thank you for always providing such excellent service, I managed to moove my MOM over from Standard Bank after about 35 Years and She is in FACT happy with you as new bank, My sister and her husbank did the same also mooved over to you after many years with STD Bank, I hereby would like to ask if you can reduce the intrest rate on my Credit Card. 21% is really High on R100k..
