I would like to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate 2 super 👌 best bank official from Woodmead first one is Ndumiso Mgaga the guy by the door a had a query I went to other branch just to change my address the consultant told me I could do it on the banking app he didn't wanted to know if it's for personal or business accounts woooo shame I couldn't do it when I was at the ATM the guy was at the door ask me if I was ok then I told him my frustration then he said I would refer you to the most friendly and helpful banker who was Busi Matsaung wow 👌 the lady was so professional and changed my address then volunteered to print my statement to prove it was done wow it was quick and simple and super helpful.This is what we call banking where you received super efficient and quick service.
