Bertha Legodi and her Manager ( She says she will not help me if she doesn't want to and i will not force her to assist me even her Manager will not help me

I would like to complain about Bertha Legodi who does not want to give me information to pay my credit card even after giving her all my details.

She says she will not help me if she doesn't want to and i will not force her to assist me even her Manager will not help me her manager is Kgomotso Serabi.

I don't know what to do as all i want is details to pay off my credit card and i have been calling FNB so many times and still no one is willing to assist me.

I'm being transferred from one department to the next and then they either don't want to help or the end the call.
