BEREAU INFORMATION NOT UPDATED BY FNB AND GL ATTORNEYS

Good day I had a temporary loan with FNB which was handed over to GL Attorneys , I settled the account in Oct 2022 yet its still reflecting active and in arrears on the bureau , currently my rating is impacted by this, such poor correspondence between FNB and GL Attorneys i was expecting this to be updated and cleared within a month but here we are , very poor from FNB.
