Benefits for Foreigners FNB

I am a Foreigner banking with FNB for years. Last week l phoned call centre sales for FNB because i wanted to put an order for a contract smartphone. The call centre agent informed me that l cannot apply because l do not have South African I.D, then i did send an email to queries to complain and Juian Multi S****ed Consultant request for documents which l did send to him on the 17/01/2018 then on 24/01/2018 he rep**** saying easy account does not qualify change your account to cheque account. What l want to say is if you are a foreigner banking with FNB it is hard to benefit, l tried to apply for a loan for only R1500 and they said l do not qualify because I’m a foreigner. i think it is a good idea for FNB consultancy to explain to foreigners who going to open an account with FNB that they do not benefit on this and that unlike to see these surprises. FNB denied me to take a contract smartphone for R199 per month for 24 months because am a foreigner.
