Beneficiaries disappearing

Why on earth are you disappearing beneficiaries that I still need. I set up scheduled payments using my beneficiaries to reduce my monthly admin, but if I don't manually pay my bills you just delete my beneficiaries. I then have to reload the beneficiary when I need make an ad hoc payment to the beneficiary or set up scheduled payments for the next year. Surely your system can see that I am regularly paying a beneficiary using a schedule and realise that I am actually still using the beneficiary? Unbelievably annoying experience, plus it greatly increases my risk of using incorrect banking details or being a victim of ***** when having to re-enter banking details.
