Below standard service

I requested a open security rule 38 from Fnb Law on call which they gladly provided however there was changes with regards to the content that sheriff wanted to be altered. Fnb Law call was contacted with regards to the changes and they were satisfied with the required changes. The problem arised when the sheriff wanted proof that they were the compiler of the rule 38 document they have sent. Noluthando a representative for fnb Law on call Cleary stated that they cannot take ownership of the document they have created by putting a letterhead or stamp to proof that the document comes from fnb Law on call. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional especially for a big brand like Fnb.
