Below Pathetic service (48 hours = a week) - Still no feedback

As per previous complaint. I have not yet received any feedback except that they would get back to me in 48 hours (that was sent on the 23rd of May).

When the agent phoned me to discuss the issue she confirmed that according to her knowledge all loans had a discount of 30%. I then asked her that if that is the case what is happening with the other 10% - is it pocketed by BL. She could not answer me and then told me that she will phone Legal and get back to me. Again ... no feedback.
