Believe there was ***** committed on my Account

My son was at a school REDWOOD ACADEMY.I had the correct account and recipient on my profile.I tried to pay his school fund I was than de*****ed R11000 a incorrect account was placed by the *****ster I was only given the persons name and surname to contact him He sounded like a foreigner Up till know I could not recover my money They happened to put their account on my recipients I don’t know how .I didn’t get any help till today and someone advised me to put it on hello Peter cause this what some of the Banks do to its clients .This was a ***** committed in 2018 to 2019 ,The school adviced they did not receive that Payment of R11000
