Being treated like an idiot cause your system is broken!

I sent money via e-wallet to my father who couldn't withdraw it within the first 4 hours. He then tried to get a new PIN. The instructions says phone *120*277#, which then gave him the following message:

"with FNB eWallet you can receive money instantly on your Cellphone, buy airtime and more. For more information go to www.fnb.mobi/ewallet"

On the website, he' prompted to Login. He's not an FNB client, so he can't get the money.

To make matters worse, the call center handled me like an idiot , kept saying I'm doing something wrong.

Please tell me how exactly am I doing something wrong if I type in the exact phone number YOU provided??
