Being ****med out of Ebucks

<p>I got a threatening SMS from FNB stating that if I did not access my FNB app I would lose myrewards on Ebucks. So I went to Balfour Park in order to get access to my ebucks. The woman who helped me was terrific, but unfortunately I am a ninety year old lady and the information went over my head.</p> <p> </p> <p>My first issue is that I have to sit for over an hour before I am helped. Unfortunately due to my age that is very uncomfortable and I do not see why I can not be assisted like in other banks that have a special lane for people my age.</p> <p> </p> <p>My second issue is that eventhough I am very blessed that I am able to use the computer. Unfortunately I can not use the smart phone as my hand trembles and unable to reach the right digits and land up locking my account. I have to call on a young gentleman to assist me and can't call him every month just so that I can access the app on my phone. FNB should really think of a way to help their elderly clients that may not be as computer savvy as the younger generation. You should think of an alternate method for us to use.</p>
