Being ****med and not being able to reverse the money so being ****** is fine with FNB

For the last 7 years I've been with FNB, and now that I've been ****med and ****** they won't help me sort this matter out, simply told me to close my account and open a new account so I stuck it with a new FNB account as the lady that helped me was kind and helped me I now sit with a cheque account in a minus after I was promised the account is blocked and no one can take any more money I now receive treats every single day.

And no FNB did not reverse the money that was ****med out of my account after proof was sent about it as they requested. Now I ask again how will my money ever be safe with a bank that doesn't even help you when you get ****med makes you get a new account and makes promises that no money will further be going of that account as I have an overdraft on the account and the kind lady said I'm welcome to pay it off. Now it's almost minus R6000 and I'm being phoned every day for money FNB very well knows I don't have and all this because my bank could not help me out of being ****med and ******. After 7 years of being loyal and telling everyone to go to FNB this is what I get pushed into debt and more debt!!!! Thank you FNB!!!!
