Being passed from pillar to post
I had a loan account which is closed. And I needed experian and itc updated. Phoned FNB, spoke to 3 people, last person confirmed yes the bank will send notificcation to the bureas. Been liasing with Burea, so they said I must get the date,time and email address bank sent the request to. Phoned FNB again just to get this informaiton, passed from pillar to post 5 times. I will never ever deal with this bank ever ever again in my life.
