Being IGNORED by EBUCKS

This review is not about FNB but the EBUCKS product. I have been trying to get something sorted out and I am not getting any replies from customer care from Ebucks. I had called out makro vouchers using ebucks and didnt get the vouchers sent to the cell number I provided and I keep trying to follow up and have had no reply Thiere is absolutely no customer service from ebucks and its a concern when long term partnerships are dissolving with ebucks that I wonder if its because ebucks are not following on their promises
