Being ignored

I was called by FNB to tell me to submit FICA docs, they got my email address wrong because apparentley my name is spelt Brain! Anyway i called fnb to try and get the mail but as to be expected nothing happened. I then got a threatening message from them telling them my account will be closed etc, etc. I submitted the documents 7 times now to the FICA lot but no response at all I complained on their website twice but ive also been ignored. Apart from the 7 mails sending the required docs I sent 3 other mails but also no response. I have been copying in FNB complaints, FNB care etc but no response from anyone!!!!

Best part is FNB is using an outside service to verify FICA docs, I thought my information was confidential yet FNB is happily letting non bank staff have all my info and do as they please.

This whole business is shocking and unacceptabe!!!

I was called and told issue was resolved, as to be expected it wasnt and this arrogant *********** lot froze the account on Friday and now refuse to reopen it!!!!

I am so sick of FNB and their pathetic couldnt care less attitude, I must suffer due to their incompetence.

I now have no money to buy my insulin, its going for day 4 now witout it, so there is a good chance of me going into a diabetic coma and dying, leaving my family without their sole bread winner!!!!

Beyond pathetic, really!!!!!!!
