Being harassed by Consultants after arrangement made

We had 2 broken cars in the middle of the year and instead if the instalment I paid them R3000 short ever since then I have been harassed by your consultants. I work in a Call Centre in is NOT allowed calls, I have told them that on numerous occassions. I have made an arrangement eventually with Bridget Mathe and we have been liasing via email ever since. We made an arrangement and I have kept to this arrangement but yet there is no communication between the parties at FNB because I am still being called. i onlu habe 8 years left on my bond and is not going anywhere but yet you are being treated as a ********.
