Being Harassed and FNB wont assist

I am being harassed at least twice a day by Norman Bissett & Ass. I have spoken with FNB Head Office and gone into my branch to explain. Both have understood and agreed that the situation is unfair and have tried to assist but have failed, so this is my last resort. I took out a Revolving Loan and then lost my job and struggled to pay. I was handed over and made an arrangement to try pay off R 300 per month. In the meantime, FNB kept trying to deduct R 249 per month, pushing me into an overdraft due to \unpaid penalties". I didnt agree to an overdraft and now I am over R 3000 in overdraft due to penalty fees. I am desperately trying to sort out all my debts as well as raise my kids on my own and I cannot afford to pay a R 3000 overdraft of penalties and pay R 300 per month to the debt collector and R 249 per month to FNB... I need FNB to reverse the penalties and close the account so that I can pay Norman Bissett & Ass without them hounding me daily!! OR"
