Being forced to open a cheque acc

Look FNB id starting to bore me.So you guys and your offers when i log in to internet banking?That's a trap you have been forcing me to open a cheque acc and i have been saying now now you will cancel the "application" that i mistakenly did on the app and refund me my replacement fee okay? This is for the second time now,can I ask that you don't offer me anything anymore?I am being charged a card replacement fee for the second time now i need a refund for both.I am sick of this i told your consultants that I'm happy with my savings account.
