Being financed by a FNB is application for suicidal
Dear FNB
Am writing this review torn and broken in pieces. Fellow South African i have been with fnb for the past 13 years on my Bond. Well some people covid affected them immediately but for me it affected me after restrictions were uplifted. i struggled to pay my bond and immediately i advised my bank but they never responded, then last year got a job earned 5k immediately i told them i now got a job can i pay something but no they demanded 4.8k. then i tried sending several emails to them requesting that the arears be cancelled in a way of adding years so i can be able to pay my bond without arears they did not respond to emails. then this year i got another job i told them again requesting we come up with an instalment that i can pay they refused.
you know i know this is just business but sometimes you need to come to the party especially if the person is communicating. i did not wait to be called but i informed them immediately when my situations changed.
Well am sure you will be happy now that am selling the only thing am left with. what am going through emotionally n mentally because you failed to accommodate me in my trying times yet I've been a loyal customer to you.
My fellow South Africans moral of the story be careful whom you get financed with for a home FNB disappointed me. even to date all my emails are not responded i don't know if its because i refused to agree to instalment that i didn't afford so they can say I've defaulted after agreeing.
FNB is heartless after so many years being with you.
