Being downgraded from earning E-bucks

I recently got contacted by an agent from FNB telling me that my credit card needed to be aligned with my cheque account - I was given a Private Wealth card and the credit card had to be the same instead of being a Private Clients card or something to that effect. I filled in all the paperwork and the card arrived in due course. In the meantime, there was lots of confusion as to where the money available was - new card, old card etc. End of month I transferred money into the new card as the old one did not allow me to transfer the balance to the new one. Instantly, R4000 gets deducted of the payment into the credit card. The I log in to my bank account, it tells me I dont qualify for earning E-bucks. Upon querying this with the agent from the bank, they tell me my credit card was not "in good standing". They force me to have a new credit card, confuse the issue with money everywhere but where I expected it to be, and then I get penalised for their mistakes? FNB you suck, and I am seriously thinking of taking my busines somewhere else unless this gets resolved VERY SOON! This is seriously bad business practice.
