Being charged twice for business account charges

I'm not happy with FNB I have been with them for years. This month January I noticed that I was charged twice for bank charges using business account . I was charged in 03 January 2023 and again 24 January 2023. My bank charges are on the third of every month. I'm not happy with FNB and I'm thinking of changing it.
