being charged for fnbs mistakes shocking

Im shocked at FNB this is now the 2nd time this happen and I'm with them for more then 3 years I ordered a Card for my 1 account it did come to my door damaged the ccv at the back was very faded and I was charged for it so.i orderd a new one because since the Frist 1 was damaged I was told I would not be charged to my surprise for the 2nd card money was taken off my account this is very unacceptable becz the first cards arrived deamged and I'm just very upset about it and I think the best ting for me to do.is change banks becz this is just shocking make this right and refund me.for the replacement cards this was not my fault and I think I should move to capitec bank
