Being charged for a replacement card when FNB was at fault.

During a transaction. The FNB ATM in the chatsworth centre malfunctioned on me and swallowed my debit card and refused to ejected it out. I had to cancel the card and go into a bank to make a new card. I told the FNB consultant clearly what happened to it and she told me that there will be no charge. The new replacement card was made in june 2017. Now we are in September and FNB has the audacity to charge me for the replacement when clearly they ATM was at fault. I never wanted a replacement card. the card that got swallowed worked fine, till your stupid ATM cause me this inconvenience. Is this how your treat your customer who has been with you for 10 years. I am disgusted with level of service.
