being charged for a new card that was the ATM/bank
I went to the atm to withdraw money and once I entered my pin the atm froze, I then stood and waited for about 30min while the atm did nothing. I was then told to canvel y card and go to the fnb branch nearby. At the fnb branch I was then told I now need to pay R80 for a temporary card and then when I get back him to pretoria I will have to pay a further R150 for a new card. I think this is absolutely pathetic as this was not my fault as this ATM had been giving issues from the day it was installed. It is absurd that I am required to pay for a new card that is obviously an issue that was meant to be fixed by the bank itself.
